When is check-in time?
As a rough guide, the check-in time is at 4 p.m. Let us know your arrival time in case you schedule and early check in we‘ll do our best to have your room available.
When is check-out time?
The check-out time is before 10 a.m. If you plan a late check out kindly let us know your departure time, we’ll do our best to satisfy your needs.
Is Reception open 24 hours?
We don’t have a reception desk but we have reception service from 7:00 a.m. till 8:00 p.m.
Which languages are spoken at Reception?
English, French, and Spanish.
Is Wi-Fi/internet connection available?
Yes, a wireless internet connection is available on the resort.
Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Juan Manuel Galvez (RTB) which is 1 hour by vehicle approximately (35 km) away.
Can I rent a car at the resort or nearby?
We can arrange vehicle rentals for you.
What area is the resort located?
Our front beach resort is located on Camp Bay Beach.
Is breakfast included in the price?
Yes, depending on the holiday package you have booked. Check the description of your selected package to confirm.
What is offered at breakfast?
The breakfast menu offers a wide selection between American and Honduran type breakfast.
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 8:30 am to 10:30 am, every day.
Is room service available? If so, at what times?
Conventional hotel room service isn’t available but we provide concierge services and food preparation services from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Do you have smoking rooms?
Smoking is not allowed within the villa, but its allowed outdoors.
Are there car parking spaces or a car park?
There is plenty of free parking available at the resort.
How far in advance do I have to book?
As soon as you have planned your trip! We sometimes have last-minute availability.
Is it cheaper to book online?
We recommend the use of our website in order to get advantage of our discount programs.
Is it possible to have a cot/child’s bed in the room? If so, at what price?
Yes, cots and children’s beds are available free of charge.
When do I need to pay for the accommodation?
As soon as you book, or in accordance to our payment policy.
